  1. How To Configure Cisco AP:-

    • Connect Cisco AP with Laptop using Lan Cable / Ethernet Cable.

  2. Accessing Cisco AP Through Laptop:–

    • Access Cisco AP through Defaullt IP Address 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.
    • Connect Cisco AP with same network to accessing through same network IP Address.
    • Open Cisco AP with any web browser and inset default credintials user name is cisco and password is also cisco.

  3. Configuration Process:-

    • Open the cisco ap page in browser and follow the setup wizard.

  4. Network Configuration:–

    • Configure the free static IP address into Cisco AP.
    • Configure the SSID in to Cisco Ap with security password in WPA2-PSK.
    • Also Configure thenVlan ID.

  5. Choose Advanced Option:–

    • If you required Mac authentication then need to configure Mac filtering with channel name also.

  6. Important:- Need to update fimware of Cisco AP on regular basic to protect from malware and mulfunction protection.
